We have some special guests coming for dinner tonight. Our Pastors. The weather is warm and lovely so I thought I would serve light and fresh food to go with our summer's evening. Rocket and Macadamia salad, a tomato and boccicini salad and a chicken breast with a potato topping. For dessert a gorgeous strawberry sorbet.
I bought these strawberries in the supermarket yesterday and they are honesty AMAZING tasting.
And here we are.. the finished product. Strawberry sorbet. I aplogise for the rubbish quality photos. My kitchen is quite dark so my iPhone struggled.
