Today I tried something new. I had a crack at sushi rolls. I purchased all the ingredients and equipment and went for it! Here is my first roll. It has salmon and avocado in it. Nom nom! I don't like however WASABI!! Yuck!!!
I don't think I did too badly considering I'm a newbie to sushi
