Today I made lemon curd with them. Nom nom! This was done in my uber cool Thermomix so it was easy as shoving the ingredients in a bowl and forgetting about them!
I now have 1 small and 4 1/2 large jars of curd. I just want to show you this lovely buttery goodness that is still piping hot and on the bench to cool.
The best bit?? Licking the bowl!! Nom nom!!
