Nom nom pasta!

I found this rather yummy looking dish on Pinterest and I decided to have a go at making a version of it myself.

~ I marinated the chicken basically the same way - just added more lemon juice, lemon rind and different herbs to it. Turned out sooooo nice and tender!
~ I made the garlic "gravy" the same way.
~ I added baby spinach and halved the cherry tomatoes, topped with parmesan cheese and baked it for a bit.

Turned out absolutely BEEEEEEEUDIFUL!

The kids loved it.
The hubby loved it.
I loved it.
