Lasagne Soup

This was a favorite of ours last year in the heart of winter. Today it was wet, blowy and cold - perfect day to make soup! I found this particular soup on Pinterest last year and was keen to make it again. I was pretty disappointed with the results. The ingredients I used last year were not available when I was online grocery shopping, so had to make do.... let's just say... the kids loved it, DH loved it... but I knew it didn't taste as good as it did last year! Oh well..
